My practice is centered around client in their teens and twenties and athletes of all ages and levels.
I truly consider it an honor to sit with my clients in my therapy office. The therapeutic relationship is a critical element of the changes that will take place. I believe that while I have extensive experience in treating various issues, each individual I work with is unique and therefore I will tailor my approach to fit the needs presented and view our relationship as important and special. I am adept at identifying where my clients are struggling and giving them the ideal support. The therapeutic interventions utilized are delivered with compassion and understanding. I am successful at creating a space of acceptance and awareness so that true change can take place. |
